Rhythm beads are not just a colourful horse necklace but a valuable training aid. 

Native Americans have long decorated their horses with beads, shells and tin cones calling the Rhythm Beads "Good Horse Medicine"

The sound of the bells helps to eliminate outside distractions, calming horse and rider and providing a rhythm for the horse to adjust to a consistent gait.

Rhythm Beads are secured around the horses neck by clipping the small croc clip to the mane to prevent the beads slipping if the horse tilts it's head.

The beads should fit comfortably around the horses neck making sure that any tack such as a breastplate is cleared.  They should not hang down onto the horses chest but sit on the drive line.
